Green Mobility Holding SA, a consortium of bidders consisting of Volkswagen, Attestor Limited and Pon Holdings BV, has announced its intention to change the governance structure of Europcar Mobility Group.
The proposed change in the governance structure of Europcar Mobility Group concerns the transition from the current one-tier board of directors to a two-tier structure with a supervisory board and a management board. This proposed change is subject to the approval of Europcar Mobility Group shareholders at the next General Meeting of June 29, 2022 and would then be effective from that date.
